In the first month, approximately 10,000 TV sets were activated and by the end of 2018 the number of HbbTV capable devices exceeded 350.000.
According to statistics, about 1.500 televisions are activated every day. Based on statistics, television stations that offer hybrid services increase the time spent by the viewer on their channel.
Do HbbTV ads need to be approved?
Yes. HbbTV ads are displayed on television screens where the advertising content is subject to the Company's code of conduct. For this reason, we are bound by the code and are responsible for all advertising content that is on TV through our ad network.
What is the minimum initial investment in HbbTV?
You are not required to spend a minimum amount. That means you can spread your budget across different ads without any commitments.
- Are prices higher in Prime Time?
Only one price is set, and that is the «Floor Price». Higher prices come as a result of higher bids.
- How long are HbbTV ads on screen?
Banners are displayed for a maximum of 10 seconds. The length of video ads varies by the allowed format and maximum length.
- Can I advertise on multiple TV stations at the same time?
Of course, if the TV stations support HbbTV.
- Do HbbTV ads appear during linear ad blocks?
On some stations, HbbTV ads appear outside of ad blocks, also while playing. However, for us they appear after the viewer interacts, to make sure they see it.
